We want to make sure you receive the best discount possible, so twice a year, we assign you a discount level based on how much you purchased over the last year–simply put, the more you spend, the more you save.

Why do we do tiered discount evaluations twice a year while other wholesale companies do it once? We want to make sure you’re getting the best deal for your business without having to commit to an agreement that may not work for you. Many other wholesalers make you agree to a year’s worth of purchases to lock in the best deal. However, we think that can create a surplus in a product you may not end up needing and is downright impossible for smaller businesses to participate in due to minimum purchase amounts. 

So how do we do it? It’s not easy! During our tiered evaluation periods in the spring and fall, our sales reps work around the clock and look back on the last year of sales to date to ensure their accounts are staying in their desired tier for the next six months. This is a great time to chat with your salesperson about your upcoming sales and business goals. 

We’re able to be flexible and offer a generous discount program because we manufacture 60-70% of the products in our catalog. While we believe these products are some of the best on the market, we also recognize you don’t have a crystal ball to determine exactly what you’ll sell in the upcoming year. That’s why we also offer a generous buy-back guarantee if something in your store isn’t moving. Our goal is your success.
