Left Coast Wholesale Gets Back On the Road Again
Here at Left Coast Wholesale, we’re ready to make things personal.
After more than a year of travel restrictions and social distancing, our sales representatives have been making an enthusiastic return to one of their favorite activities: face-to-face meetings with our valued customers. Thanks to updated guidelines that are allowing a return to normal, they couldn’t be happier to visit hydro stores and talk to store owners and local cultivators.
This has always been the way we’ve done things because we believe in building long-lasting relationships in the growing community.
To celebrate our return to in-person store visits, our sales representatives Amanda, Scott, and Will are here to share some highlights, as well as their thoughts on what it’s like to get back out there in 2021.
“Like most people, I’ve felt cooped up since February 2020. So I’m very happy to be out and about again. As things with COVID are loosening up this spring, the mood is good all around. People are happy that things are returning to normal.
I’m really looking forward to touching base in person with as many of our customers as I can. I’ve been working with many of them for several years, so they’re like old friends that I haven’t seen in a while. Talking on the phone doesn’t replace a good old-fashioned face-to-face connection.” – Scott

“It has been awesome to hit the road again, see customers face-to-face, and really connect on a more personal level.
Being able to travel to visually stunning areas and socialize and educate folks is a high priority for me, and I really like being able to get back to what makes the job especially enjoyable.” – Will

“I’m looking forward to getting out there to see our loyal customers and forge new relationships, educate folks to help them succeed with our products, and make sure that everything is copacetic as far as shipping, lead times, and business in general.
So far, the reception seems really positive, and most folks have been really stoked to have us stop by and say hello. Stores seem very excited to start getting back to Customer Appreciation Days and Vendor Days, and we are too!” – Will

“Things have been tough for everyone since COVID hit early last year. But generally, our industry has done well, as gardening of all kinds has gained in popularity. Most of my customers have had a successful year in 2020, which has carried into 2021. It’s nice to see our industry remaining healthy and growing despite all the other hardships.” – Scott
